The hotel offers beautiful grounds with a lot of amenities, including a lovely lake and easy access to family-friendly activities like sledding and ski lessons. However, the service can be hit or miss, with some guests experiencing long waits and issues during check-in. Overall, the spacious rooms and the high quality of the spa services were standout features, but some found the dining experience and certain parts of the hotel a bit dated.

My stay at the Grand Geneva was a mixed bag. While the festive holiday decorations were stunning and created a magical atmosphere, my room left much to be desired. The staff was accommodating and friendly, but the overall experience didn't quite live up to the price tag. I had high hopes for the amenities but found some aspects lacking.

We recently had the pleasure of celebrating my daughter's wedding at the Grand Geneva Chalet, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The accommodations at Timber Ridge Lodge worked out perfectly for our guests, especially the kids enjoying the water park. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our day was special, but we did encounter a few hiccups, including issues with our room's cleanliness and a delayed check-in process. Additionally, while some dining experiences were excellent, others left something to be desired in terms of value for money.
